Overview

Minimalism combined with elements of french typography and brutalism helped us to realize the site exactly as we imagined with the client at the beginning: visually restrained, but stylish. Typography

The basic idea was to find a balance between the thin, wispy sans-serif used to indicate a ‘futuristic‘ tone, and a bold, masculine font synonymous with ‘construction‘. We came up with something in the middle, leaning towards lighter-weighted fonts, but still with a hint of that blocky ‘construction’ vibe. We use Chaney for general display and when we want to drive attention to the content, and the technical and geometric Sora font for the body copy and paste overall hierachy.

Design & Architecture

Greenwood Office Park features a contemporary aesthetic with an open layout, large glass facades, and eco-conscious landscaping. Its design emphasizes harmony with the environment through:

1. Sustainable Materials: Use of reclaimed wood, recycled steel, and low-emission concrete.
2. Natural Lighting: Strategic placement of floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights, minimizing the need for artificial lighting.
3. Green Landscaping: Surrounding green roofs, native plantings, and water-efficient irrigation to foster a calming environment.

Key Features

Solar panels covering 30% of the roof area, along with energy-efficient HVAC systems and smart lighting. Flexible office layouts that support collaborative and private workspaces. Rooftop terraces, communal green spaces, and walking paths, providing a refreshing work environment.
